The return policy will depend on the product type you ordered. If no specific return instruction is mentioned in the product page, then it should follow the bellow policy.

Generally speaking, you can return any product within 15 days from receiving it.

You simply need to make sure that the returned product is in its original received state.

Although it is not necessary at all. We would appreciate if you would let us know the reason for returning the product. This will help us tremendously in serving you better in the future.

You can choose whether you would like to to be refunded using the same payment method you used when purchasing the product or even better keep it as a shop credit so you can utilize it for your future purchases.

In case you are one of our loyal customers (Customers who regularly purchase from our store). We will refund your full payment including the shipping costs.

If you are a first time customer, don’t worry we still love you but we will only refund the amount you paid for the product itself. We we will not refund the amount you paid for the shipping.

If you are living in Bahrain and you wish to be refunded we may use the Benefit Pay as a refund channel if it is easier than other refund channels. Also, Benefit Pay will be the main refund method used for orders made using Cash on Delivery payment method.
